In the unlikely event that a Sweet Surprises product is damaged in transit, Sweet Surprises will send a replacement product upon return of the damaged product.

Our mission to you, our customer, is to provide a pleasant, personal and gift giving experience through friendly, efficient service, offering delectable and enticing confectionary and gifts.

For that reason, we ask that you please email our Customer Service Department within two business days of delivery at orders@sweetsurprises.com.au to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the order you have sent or received.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original method of payment.
