In the unlikely event that a Sweet Surprises product is damaged in transit, Sweet Surprises will send a replacement product upon return of the damaged product.

For that reason, we ask that you please email our Customer Service Department within two business days of delivery at to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the order you have sent or received.
